Access to our services via the "ZO POS Web/Mobile Application" (defined below) is granted under the following Terms of Service. These terms may be updated periodically without notice. By using this ZO POS Web/Mobile Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference (collectively, this "Agreement"). - All references to singular include plural, and vice versa; the term "includes" should be construed as "without limitation."
  
- Words used herein, regardless of number and gender, shall be deemed to include any other number, singular or plural, and any other gender, as the context requires.
  
- Reference to any statute, ordinance, or other law includes all regulations and other instruments.

- Headings, bold typing, and italics are inserted for convenience only and do not define, limit, or affect the meaning or interpretation of the terms.

**4. COMMITMENT AND SCOPE**

**Acceptance:** By using our service, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Agreement. If accepting on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized, and the entity agrees to be bound.

**Scope:** These Terms govern your use of the ZO POS Web/Mobile Application and the Services, excluding Third-Party Products or Services governed by their terms.

**Eligibility:** Our service is not available to minors under 13 or users suspended by us.

**Electronic Communication:** Using the ZO POS Web/Mobile Application implies agreement to receive electronic communications.

At ZO POS, we simplify sales management for various businesses, providing a point-of-sale app for real-time sales tracking, inventory management, customer data management, sales reporting, and digital invoicing via Email, SMS and WhatsApp.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of the Terms. Your continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of modifications.

**7. REGISTRATION INFORMATION**

To access the ZO POS Web/Mobile Application, you must provide specific information, create a user ID, and maintain accurate details. You are responsible for security and must notify us of unauthorized activity.

**8. OUR CONTENT**

We publish original and third-party content. Registered rights for third-party content remain with the original source. Unauthorized use of our name, logo, or likeness is prohibited.
